In this declaration, the manufacturer or his authorised representative established in the Community declares that the product placed on the market complies with all relevant health and safety requirements. The EU declaration of conformity is always preceded by a conformity assessment which inspects conformity with European directives.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"square-h2\">\u25a0 Content of the EC declaration of conformity<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The content of the EC declaration of conformity is specified in each individual EC directive according to the respective products.
