Bickenbach, Germany, 02/08/2018: On August 1st 5 young people started their apprenticeship at scanware electronic GmbH. Over the next two to three years, they will be trained in office communication, as electronics technicians for devices and systems and IT specialists.

At the start of the apprenticeship, the management, training managers and new colleagues took a lot of time to welcome the new apprentices and give them a successful start. On their first day, in addition to a tour of the company and a wealth of information, a company rally to get to know the training company awaited them. A series of common tasks and ice-breaker activities were on the agenda until the start of the vocational school on August 7th to ensure that the trainees are well received within the company and to strengthen cohesion among each other.

‘The basis of our corporate success and guarantee for our high-quality inspection solutions are well-trained employees’, says Harald Mätzig, Managing Director of scanware electronic GmbH. ‘That is why we attach great importance to qualified young people and are happy to invest time and personnel resources in the training of our future professionals.’

The Bickenbach-based technology company has been involved as a training company for several years now and can now boast a training rate of 10.6% with a total of 7 apprentices. At the same time, is the rang of training with offers in the commercial, technical and information technology sector particularly broad. ‘As an employer in the region, the training of young people is an important part of our social responsibility for us’, says Mätzig. ‘But also the responsibility for our apprentices and their professional future is an essential part of our entrepreneurial action and is reflected in our training philosophy. In this way, our apprentices not only gain a lot of practical experience and take on responsible tasks during their apprenticeship.
