|One serves all - scanware one-label for simpler track & trace
For filling in the data to be printed, scanware has developed the One-Label concept. Rather than putting in differences in length of characters and lines in the printer, these can be entered directly on the GUI. The printer is incorporated at the back of the unit for added security. The print inspection of the system CAPA MV automatically inserts wildcards.
The software innovation enables flexible printable data maintaining a high security level. scanware will introduce the innovative One-Label concept at Fachpack, Nuremberg.
The unit itself is highly flexible due to wheeled construction and it can be adjusted three ways. Folding box guidance on two sides leads to a precise print. The self-explanatory menu enables application after only a brief introduction to the system. The One-Label concept goes even further: Since a new format is created for every batch, the user always chooses the One-Label for data input from the printer – no matter if it is a Wolke, Domino or another model. The user enters the input depending on the production; obsolete lines and characters remain empty. The system supports GS1, IFA, CIP 13, China E-Code and other coding standards.
Apart from the Mark & Verify unit, the scanware product family CAPA offers further units for the prevention of pharmaceutical counterfeiting which enable tamper-evident sealing and aggregation.
