We would like to wish you a successful and happy new year and thank you for the confidence and the support you haven given us in 2008.
The last year has been very successful and eventful for our company.
We have informed you during selective visits from our sales colleagues and at various exhibitions about a whole range of novelties. Below you will find a summary of 2008 and a forward look at 2009.
REVIEW
The revolutionary 3D inspection technology LYNX-SPECTRA 3D has without a doubt taken the most important role of our product novelties. It has been presented to a broad audience for the first time at the Interpack. The presentation has been so well received that it led to several pilot projects and has contributed to a faster development of this future-oriented innovation.
Another milestone of our production is the improved systems for print and code reading. With focus on datamatrix code and readable prints we have continuously improved the development of the LYNX-SIGNUM product line. Due to further developments in this product family we sold a range of systems to different OEM´s and end customers. Another success has resulted in the cooperation as well with several OEM’s as with manufacturers of printers and scales.
In our traditional strong area „product inspection“ we have scored with a range of new development, especially software.
In addition scanware has participated in numerous exhibitions, which we have appeared in a new exhibition concept reflecting the dynamic of our company.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN IN 2009?
Also in 2009, we will push energetically the innovations in all product families.
